And the Winner is:

Lisa H (monalisa)

Congrats! I took fun pictures of my girls picking the name out of a hat but I can not find my memory card reader! UGH it is driving me nuts. When I went to my wedding consultations last weekend I was packing my laptop and stuff in my bag. Well my 1 year old son being a cutie went and took a cord off the desk to help me out. He gave it to me to pack in my bag seeing me pack other cords. I ended up putting it to the side along with some other cords he found and brought me and now I cant find it ;-(

I may have to go buy a new one tomorrow. I have assignments that need to be posted and e-mailed and I cant hold off another day without my reader.

Lisa, email me with your address and I will send the stamps off for you. Thank you to everyone that entered. I had fun and I am going to do it again for sure. I have a TON of stuff that I receive designing that I either have duplicates of or will never use. So stay tuned maybe I will do one a month.

AND when I find my memory card reader or buy a new one I have some fun stuff to post. A new schoolhouse album by Clear Scraps that I had soo much fun working with (its also a CHA sneak peek).

AND if you are attending CHA PLEASE come visit me at the CHA Spellbinders booth ;-)

Blog Contest

This is my first but it should be fun. I just came back from my amazing trip with Spellbinders in Arizona.

One of the companies that generously gave us products was Rita Marie. The stamps that were given to me I love, and hence already have. So I am giving away these fun stamps by Rita Marie.

What do you have to do to win these? Just post a comment telling me what your favorite Spellbinders die is. Since Spellbinders dies work with any die cut system you already own most of you will already have a favorite. However, you can also view Spellbinders product line to pick your favorite.

Let the fun begin :-)

BTW - I will be paying for shipping, International welcome to play. I will get the exact measurements but the stamp sheet is on the larger side. A winner will be picked at random. These are acrylic stamps.

On my way to Arizona...

I am sitting at the airport right now in the USO. My flight leaves in an hour so I should go head through security...but just saying HI!

I am on my way to Arizona for the Spellbinders trip.

It has been a busy month!

I know December is busy for everyone. January is almost here, school starts again on Jan. 2nd and I will be making my way down to Arizona for my Spellbinders trip.

Here is an album I made recently with Clear Scraps heart album.

BTW I got a couple e-mails asking why I have less layouts on my blog and if I am getting out of the scrapbooking biz. The answer is NO! I am trying to actually submit to HOF this year and so I have been holding back a lot of my layouts that I love and are not for DT. After I decide which layouts I am going to use I will release them ;-)

Christmas Party

I had 4 photoshoots this week so I have not gotten into my scrap room until today. I did clean up my room and finish some stuff I was working on.

My husbands Military Christmas party was on Friday. We had so much fun, it was actually the first time I have been to a party with a chocolate fountain, I am going to have to buy one for our parties.

Here are two pics from the party. I should have some new pages loaded by tomorrow...stay tuned :-)

Yes it is 3:30 in the morning....

I am finally DONE with all my school work. I have two finals to take tomorrow (well later today) and I am free for a month. I am so not taking 13 units in one semester again. Next semester, graphic design and Flash are my two classes I am taking, both 5 units each.

So, now that I am done with school this semester be on the lookout for some new creations. I will be scrapbooking like crazy in the month of December.

I leave you with a pic I took of my daughter in my studio the other day :-)

*I got this red hat at a thrift store for $1.00! I could not wait to put it on her in the studio. It think this pic was actually taken the same day I bought the hat.

New Resume and Gallery

Well Scrapbook Resumes' gallery has been down for awhile now. I decided to make a new Gallery and Resume using Wordpress.

Here is my new one.

Quick Post

This is just a quick post. Here is the stuff I made recently with my new kit from Paper Jam Studio. This is with their Indian Summer Kit.

I used the flowers that come in the kit to make the feathers on the bird.

This is using the album in the kit, the pictures are of my son
at this exact day and time :-)

Break Time!!!

I have a huge assignment due on Monday and I have been spending every waking moment catching up on school work I have not done. I actually read an entire HTML text book. I started it yesterday and finished it today! I have one more assignment to do and then two big tests and I am done (for now at least I have to then build a website with the knowledge we learned by next week).

For now I am taking a break.

I found this newer manufacture that makes clear albums and shapes. I LOVE their stuff. I contacted them and was asked to design with one of their new albums that is coming out this month. It is a house. They have such cute albums, a crown, dog bone, flower, tabbed albums, plus all types of shapes. Oh and the prices are AWESOME...so check them out if you LOVE Acrylic like I do :-)

Clear Scraps - click on products and then online store to check out what they have.

If you are here looking for the Clear Scraps Gingerbread
Album that was displayed on 2 peas. I am so sorry
I had to take it down for publication. It will be in the
July Scrapbook Trends.
(yes it was April, now it is going to be a featured album with a Christmas in July theme...it will be a fun issue)

November 1st.

The first day day of the month is always my favorite. I dont know why :-)

Here is a mini-album I made recently using the plastic dividers that come inside of the Cropper Hopper picture organizer. I used Daisy D for the product :-)
